Last week's playdates

Last week was a fun week with many playdates!  We love having such great friends who we see so frequently!!!!!  It's amazing how much it adds to the journey of motherhood when you have friends to share it with!

Colton and Nathan enjoyed spending an afternoon together while Colton showed off his newly found stepping skills!  Colton shared so well... his toys, his mommy, and his spoon...

Nathan successfully fed him one bite of yogurt.  He was enthralled with Colton eating and was so interested in feeding him!  Too funny!  Colton was a great sport and endured Nathan's "feeding".

Then, Kristin brought out Colton's new four wheeler!  Too cute and what a great gift!  This one has the throttle button on the handlebar and the kids could actually both ride on it and make it go themselves!!!!  Their favorite way to do this however, was with Colton in the drivers seat pushing the button, and Nathan holding on for dear life while pushing and steering the four wheeler from behind!  They did this for at least 20 minutes.  It was hysterical!

stopping for a moment to check out the air return
woah!  here we go!

So much fun!

Then on Friday, Izzy, Zachary, and Colton came over with their mommies and we had a great time playing and eating delicious cookies and lime chips!  The kids of course skipped out on the cookies and chips, but they had fun playing together.  Mostly, us mommies enjoyed talking and watching all the kids playing!

Izzy enjoyed Nathan's clip blocks as well as his cozy coupe car.
Colton was into the books, tractor, and stacking pegs.
Zachary is fondly attached to this orange star, however he also liked the balls, air mattress, and a huge magnet.
Nathan was all over the place and had fun being his usual active loving self.  I did catch him steal a moment with one of his favorite books "Does a cow say boo?" as he tediously pointed to all of the animals he knows on every page, including all of the insects below (while holding a block).  It was so sweet!  I hated to interrupt, but it was photo worthy! :)

Thanks for coming over friends!  See you soon!
