Wilson Ramblings

A friend pointed out this video of a new Andrew Petersen song that's coming soon. Coming off some stormy seas straight into a week of vacation... just my hubby, little man, and me... oh my goodness how precious was each moment of the trip. Each and every moment. It was one of the best vacations we've ever had. Thinking about the lifelong promise Chad and I have made to one another makes me smile. I can't think of another I'd rather spend life's joy and storms with. We do look forward to more of the promises of Ephesians 3:20-21,

"²⁰Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, ²¹to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."

Chad, I so look forward to the next 80+ years with you by my side. As we dance in the mine fields and sail in the storms, i know we'll hold tightly to one another, bathing in the love the Father has lavished on us.

In Andy P's words, "cause the only way to find your life is to lay your own life down. And I believe it's an easy price for the life that we have found. And we're dancing in the mine fields, sailing in the storms. This is harder than I dreamed but I believe that's what the promise is for..."

The vows i made over 8 years ago... this time now and that time ahead, that's what the promise is for. I'm so thankful that I have made those promises to Chad. I love you baby. a whole stinkin lot!!
