Sunday's Birthday Fun
Nathan you are truly a joy to your daddy and me. We love the way you giggle and cackle when we tickle you. We love your sweet hugs and kisses. We love how you play peek a boo all the time. We love your passion for life and your curiosity. We love your smile and how eagerly you share it with others. We love your tender heart and the complete trust you place in your daddy and me. We love how you happily greet Bailey each and every morning. We love your willingness to try new foods. We love how laid back you are when our routine changes. We love how you love to point to things and hear their names. Baby Nathan James, you are now a toddler, and we can't wait to see what this next year holds for you. We love you son!
Well, Sunday was the big day... the for real birthday. My little one is officially one. Wow how the time flies. Here are the fun pics from Sunday's party at the Children's Museum (great place to have a party by the way!!!). I will make sure to keep these little ones names anonymous unless I've gotten permission from their parents to post it (or if their mommies have blogs too and use their names). :)
This is how one of our little friends started the party... nothing like snoozin' in daddy's arms!
My friend Emily (in pink)... we went to high school together... her little girl Emma (born 11/12/07) and her sister.

Good friends from church.
More friends from church! :)
Happy to have cake for the third time (this one was sugar free carrot, raisin, apple cake). This time he knew exactly what to do and was signing for help and more in no time!

One of his favorites... Curious George now accompanies him to bed at night... along with 2 blankies and about 5 pacies. :)

Last time Nathan came to the Children's Museum it was with Emily and her mommy! Remember this post? It was back in August! They've grown so much!

First time in a fire truck and oh how he loved the steering wheel!

Thank you to all of our friends who came to Nathan's party. It's such a privilege to be friends with you guys and to raise our children side by side. I pray that they will all grow to know the Lord early in their young lives! Thank you again for making Nathan's first birthday so special!
