Decked out in our Christmas pjs
Santa's elves were up late Christmas Eve and out little man was up early, so Chad gave him milk and put him back to bed (we won't have that opportunity again for a LONG time on Christmas morning), and we headed back to bed as well. At 845, Chad, Nathan and I headed downstairs to find my parents up and drinking coffee! We celebrated Jesus's birth with lots of energy and excitement, enjoying the time together as a family. What a wonderful day!

Little man attacks Christmas with so much excitement!

Christmas wouldn't have been complete without Nathan's car noise!Turn up the volume and listen to this deep growl!
Our morning was excellent, our lunch meal was delicious, and in the afternoon, we celebrated Christmas with all of our cul-de-sac neighbors. We ate scrumptious food and ended the evening by singing tons of Christmas songs while Chad played guitar and 13 kids played drums, tambourines, or wooden sticks! So much fun! Afterwards, we headed home to put the baby to bed and play Mariokart (a Christmas present from the Tuckers). While we were playing, a loud crash got all of our attention and we spent the next 4 hours cleaning up a toppled Christmas tree. Needless to say, our tree came down and went out to the curb Christmas night. Nathan awoke the next morning looking for the "bubble tree." Oh well, life happens like that sometimes!
