Playdate at Madison's

The picture above sums up our feelings of our lovely playdate at Madison's house yesterday. Can't you see the joy in our eyes? It was great and Shelby, we're coming soon to do it again!

Shelby has this great backyard with a big play structure and mulch and tons of stuff for the kiddos back there. Nathan enjoyed carrying a stick, digging in the pinestraw, and so much more!

All the kids showed off their climbing skills on the rock wall.

And everyone had smiles on their faces on the swings!

This space shuttle swing was one of Nathan's favorite things. We may have to get one of these!

realizing he can stop himself with his feet - and oh no -he decides to stand up and try to jump off the slide from this point down. You know how this ended huh?

yep! He's not at all hurt, but you can see the frustration in his face. I think he really thought he could land it. As a former gymnast, I appreciate the frustrated on your butt landing from a well thought out dismount. Sometimes it just ends like that, but you just get back up, dust off your butt, and try again!!!

It looks like he's laughing hysterically and patting Madison on the shoulder... meanwhile holding a flower... and she looks disheartened because the flower isn't for her.

We tried to get a group shot... as always, it never goes as planned, but here are the best of the bunch.
