Lots of fun eating for us this week! I've started making my plate look like Nathan's and I'm eating much healthier!
homemade pizza (made by my friend Jen), strawberries, tomatoes, bananas.
Total Cranberry Crunch cereal. Nathan doesn't know he's not supposed to like Total and Raisin Bran... Hee hee! This week, we tried it with milk like mommy. It turned into a huge mess, but it was fun to see him try to eat it with a spoon, then resort to his fingers, then to the spoon.
Yogurt covered raisins, avocado, strawberries, and my own creation... put a jar of spaghetti sauce and 2 frozen (or fresh) chicken breast in a crock pot. Cook to death! Chicken shreds and you have a delicious meal. You can serve over pasta and top with cheese too. Nathan loved it!
bananas, broccoli, mac and cheese (which he still refuses to eat), and a grown up snack... Trio Bars broken up. They are made of 3 nuts, 3 seeds, and 3 fruits and are delicious.
banana with an almond stuck in each piece, broccoli and rice casserole (recipe from super baby foods) - Nathan ate this first amazingly, peanut butter and pumpkin butter sandwich, sweet potato fries, strawberries, raw snap peas, potato nuggets.
almond butter for dipping, mini animal crackers, hummus for dipping, tomatoes, peanutbutter and pumkin butter sandwiches with flax seed, and snap peas! Those mini animal crackers are so cute!

Hi - my daughter is the same age, and I've been enjoying your blog! She also really likes hummus. We make a similar thing in the crockpot - chicken + mild salsa. It can be served over rice and is yummy for us too.
Love the chicken crock pot idea.. CHECK CHECK for next grocery trip.. I don't know how my daughter would be fed without your "tot's plate!" We miss you!
