Well, today was a day for fun and celebration! We will miss Madison's bday because we'll be at teh beach, but we all got togeter today to celebrate that sweet sweet girl turning one! We met at Chuck E Cheese and it was a lot of fun! I brought my other camera and I'm sad I did because the pictures didn't turn out all that great, but you get the jist I hope.
We ate two of those pizzas and they were AWESOME!!! It was nice to have a little entertainment while we ate. The show was entertaining to the kiddos from afar. They were not at all sure of the puppets when close up.

These two wanted a closer look and you can see they are clinging to my shirt. When I was a little older than Nathan, I came here and had night mares about the giant purple gorilla. Hope he doesn't have the same!

Sweet friends celebrating a bday... and stuffing their faces with pizza... yummy pizza!

Chuck E came to visit us and none of the kiddos really liked him. Nathan was the only one who didn't fall apart, but he certainly didn't like that big dressed up rat. I hope he'll like the characters at Disney... we'll see in about 6 weeks.

Present time! Madison's first purse, complete with a compact, lipstick, and a cell phone.

Tadoodles!

Our 4 feasting kiddos

You know, my little guy is sneaky. The aluminum on Izzy's tray was once on Nathan's tray and the cupcake Nathan is SHOVING into his mouth was on Izzy's tray. I think he played a switcheroo on Izzy.

The birthday girl's first bites of cupcake.

The winner of the messiest face contest.

Zachary was ready for a nap and headed home, but Izzy, Nathan, and the birthday girl were up for a few more minutes of fun. Let the rides begin... anyone know how to make those tokens last longer? Put three kids on a ride all at the same time.

This ride looked to be fun. Nathan checked it out first and was very unsure. Before it was over he was asking to get down please.

Madison was much braver and loved it.

Izzy, though unsure at first, proved to be another adventurous one!

Driving is much more up Nathan's alley. He was happy to be the driver and let the girls "tag along for the ride"

A simulated roller coaster. None of the kids were wild about it, but again, the girls more much more comfortable on it than Nathan. Not at all what I would have expected.

The ticket man!

This was fun for the kids because they could push the button and get tickets. Instant gratification. :)

More tickets for the ticket man.

While the tickets were being counted, the kiddos scoped out the loot they might get. They ended up with 1 sucker a piece... and while Nathan was napping on the way home, I ate it. Nathan didn't even know what he was missing. He'd never had a sucker. :) Shhh, don't tell him.
Madison, thanks for letting us celebrate your birthday with you! We love you much much much!
